Mojo - love it!

I have been visiting a fabulous blog every week - Mojo Monday and just love their card ideas and their designers take on them.  As I work Mondays and Tuesdays I dont get to sit down and get my "Mojo" until Wednesday.  Here is a sketch and my take on it.  Our lovely friend Geoff retired last week so I made this to let him know we wish him well in the new chapter of his life.  Really loved the new banner die from MFT.

18th Birthday

Sarah has had a string of 18th birthdays and so I have been busy making cards for her friends.  Here is the latest one I have made.  Love the My Minds Eye papers and again I have use MFT dies.  TFL!

Having fun with MFT Dies

I love love love my new dies from My Favorite Things.  They work beautifully in my Cuttlebug and are just so much fun to play with.  Here are some samples of cards I have made for friends and customer orders.

Thanks for visiting and taking a look!

June Cards - Occasions

Had a fabulous few days making cards with the ladies at Scrappy Hollow.  It is such a joy seeing how happy they all are with their cards at the end of the class.  It's one of the GREAT things about teaching for me.

We used some gorgeous Prima papers
Madeline Collection            Spring Tide #842475
Botanical Collection            Romance #8428 and From the Heart #842826

Then we played with some Spellbinders Grand Nestabilities (Labels one and four), the Cuttlebug "texture" embossing envelope, my favourite border punch from Martha Stewart (doily lace) and ribbons.  Oh and of course some edge distressing and inking along the way.

Here are some photos of what we made.

Thanks for looking!

Busy Busy Busy and a Class Update

I am so lucky!  I am not only able to teach classes and inspire others but now I am lucky enough to work in the store at Scrappy Hollow.  Just a couple of days a week which is perfect!

Here are some photos of my last Shabby Chic Class as well - TFL :)
